Products & Pricing

Prices are displayed on product pages. Prices include VAT where required by Swedish law, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

A binding agreement is formed once an order confirmation has been sent by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment received will be refunded in full.

Payment

The store offers multiple payment methods, which may vary depending on customer location and availability at checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is shipped. Statutory consumer rights apply regardless of payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under mandatory EU or Swedish consumer law.

DELIVERY POLICY

Legal Compliance

This Delivery Policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Swedish consumer legislation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping & Dropshipping

Milheir operates using a dropshipping model. Products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers and may be dispatched from different locations depending on availability.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from order confirmation, as required by EU law.

Estimated delivery times (non-binding):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

If delivery is delayed beyond the legal timeframe, EU/EEA customers have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. For customers outside the EU/EEA, delivery and refund policies are subject to local laws or seller discretion.

Transfer of Risk

In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only when the goods are physically received.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer receives the goods.

Customers outside the EU/EEA: returns and cancellations are subject to local laws or seller’s discretion. Please contact us before placing an order.

Return Procedure (Dropshipping)

Due to our dropshipping model, returns may be handled directly by our suppliers.

You must always contact us first at milheir@gmail.com before returning any item. Return instructions will be provided after contact.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • be in original condition

  • be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after:

  • the returned item has been received, or

  • proof of return has been provided

Refunds are made using the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

COMPLAINTS & DEFECTIVE GOODS

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are entitled under Swedish consumer law to:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • price reduction

  • refund
